Some of the features that are included with the Sterling 311 bath lift are three reclining positions (45, 35 and 10 degree angles) and a new light symbol that will remind you it’s time for a charge.  This bathtub lift should be used by individuals that do have average upper body strength, as a button is required to be press enabling the lift to recline into the bathtub.  It is battery operated, safe in water and provides a remote control that is waterproof.  When the battery charge is low, an indicator light will remind you that it’s time to charge the lift.  Like most lifts, the Sterling 311 will not let you recline unless there is enough power to raise you back- up .
